PLAINVILLE RESIDENTS WITH ANNUAL PASS ONLY –

One FREE annual pass to residents who use the Municipal Trash Program. Each additional vehicle is $5.

If not a participant of the Municipal Trash Program you can purchase a pass for $25 at the Health Department in the townhall.

Residents need to display a Recycling Center Annual Pass in the vehicle(s) registered with the Municipal Trash Program at the Board of Health. Contact the Board of Health if there is a vehicle change.

Residents will still be required to pay the per-item fees.

Recycling Center is for residential material. Absolutely no commercial material accepted. Please note that the Recycling Center is closed all of February.

Large Metal Items – 4 Stickers
Small Metal Items – 2 Stickers
Freon Units (Refrigerators & Air Conditioners) – 16 Stickers
Tvs and Computer Screens – 16 Stickers
Electronics – 2 Stickers
Microwaves, Propane Tanks – 4 Stickers
Fire Extinguishers – 5 Stickers
Tires – Car & Passenger Truck Only – 4 Stickers

Accepted with no additional charge

Clothing & Textiles (Includes fashion accessories and footwear)
Printer Ink & Cartridges
Styrofoam & Shredded Paper
String Lights (seasonally)
