Wicked Local Randolph — December 4, 2018 — The Town of Randolph has announced ways to build a stronger Recycling Program by “Recycling Smart.” The Massachusetts Department of Environmental Protection launched a Recycle Smart campaign to help improve the quality of the material that is sorted for recycling. It is an effort to educate people about what can and cannot be recycled as a way to increase the amount of material being recycled. By keeping trash out of recycling bins, it will help reduce waste management costs and be better for the environment.
